planned changes:

• image mapping for my fanworks page
• style the buttons on the tachioda community events page
• create art to replace the placeholder photo on the homepage
• image map the homepage art
• create "kelp forest" type art for home page title
• build "language" page, branching off into fandom translation, non-fandom translation, and wenzhounese notebook
• build and expand on the "misc" page (this changelog will probably be linked from there)
• style unordered lists (turn bullet points into ✧ maybe)
• add a guestbook
